"Myna Checker" is an app that reads and displays the information on the front of the My Number card (address, name, date of birth, gender, face photo) from the IC chip in the My Number card without the need to enter a password.

To display the front information, you must enter the following information written on the front of your My Number Card.
·date of birth
·date of expiry
・Security code

The displayed surface information will be automatically hidden after a certain period of time.
Data is not saved to your device's storage space.

*A verification number is used to read the IC chip, not a PIN number.

[Notes]
- If you enter the wrong information 10 times in a row, access to the data on the card will be locked.
・This app does not directly verify the authenticity of My Number Card or verify your identity.
・The main function of this app is only to display the surface information (address, name, date of birth, gender, face photo) read from the IC chip of the My Number card.
・How to use the displayed information is up to the user.

[Example of use: Identity verification at the store counter]
1. Ask customers who visit the store to present their My Number Card.
2. Enter the date of birth, expiration date, and security code written on the front of the card into the app and press the start reading button.
3. Visually check that the information displayed on your smartphone screen matches the information written on your card.
4. Visually check that the face photo displayed on the smartphone screen matches the face photo on the card.
5. Visually confirm that the face photo displayed on the smartphone screen and the face photo on the card are those of the customer.
