I don't generally write reviews ever, but felt strongly enough here. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Transfers within this app do not work, and it's the only way to access tickets. It took 5 days for an Opening Ceremony transferred ticket to appear on my account, while other transfers have been pending for days. This is unacceptable. I have logged out, un/reinstalled this app, and still no luck. I've contacted Customer Service, but can't reach an individual. Truly horrible CX.

Took 20 hr to fix. Registered but unable to login, error message. After 100 tries finally login works but no ticket appears in my app! Game 10 days away, finally tix appears in app. Then, original purchaser must request a tix transfer to "guest". 100 times trying finally "guest" receives a request to "accept" the ticket, but link to "accept doesn't work. After 100 times finally my guest is able to accept tix. Video instructions and written instructions provided WRONG. French technology awful.

The app doesn't work properly. It shows tickets available for many games, but when you select them, it asks you to refresh the page, or it shows available tickets when there aren't any available 1 second after. Furthermore, it seems to accept just VISA cards, even if it shows the option of using other cards. Frustrating and humiliating!
