The Guru Platform aims to centralize and dematerialize various functions and processes of the People Area, as well as to provide the employee portal, the timesheet, among other features, allowing the management of your relationship with the company, and the interaction of the teams. in a dematerialized form, with traceability and accessible anywhere.
It responds to the need to eliminate and simplify physical processes that depend on approvals, previously formalized physically (paper), now often formalized by e-mail, and centralization of information in the current context in which decision centers are often geographically separated from the operation and teams.
The dematerialization of processes without the use of e-mail translates into greater efficiency and control over processes awaiting approval, such as booking vacations, or requesting a scheduled absence, which combined with the notification policy allows for traceability of ongoing processes, identifying the level of approval they are at.
The Guru's plasticity allows the creation of different levels of process approval, associated with different organizational and corporate levels.
The platform also allows the decentralized management of working hours, either in a global view of the company, or in a team view, or both, depending on the needs of each organization. The management of work schedules includes the planning of schedules, the control of absences and vacations, the printing of work schedules by teams, sections, departments, directions and company.
The timekeeping integrated in the time management allows not only to comply with the legal obligation to record working time, but also to give individual or collective visibility of the records and their verification and approval; this log can be accessed by the App or the desktop application.
The integration of all information on a single platform allows obtaining and controlling information that is often distributed across different sources and platforms.
