About this app
This simple app just displays the clock and has up to 8 configurable buttons associated each with a radio stream.
It is ad-free and contains no in-app purchases. It will forever stay like this!
It features:
- various configurations for the face of the clock (fonts, colors,with or without seconds, etc)
- configuring the clock look and feel is done from the main screen.
- two recurring alarms (with days) with snooze
- alarms will play a configured radio or the default alarm sound if internet is not available *
- alarms also have progressive sound
- a night profile that can be scheduled to start automatically
- auto or configured brightness (for instance you can configure the night profile to dim the phone)
- a sleep function with some predefined and one configurable sleep timer
- a Stream Finder section from where you can search for your favourite radio station. Out of the box it comes configured with Radio Guerrilla, Tananana and RockFM from Romania, RadioBOB from Germany and Zodiac Radio from Ireland.
- you can also add your favourite stream manually if you can't find it in the list
*I've tried the best I could to make this alarm as reliable as possible, but please do not rely solely on it if you really need to wake up for important stuff (like I do - I always have a backup plan for important alarms!).
** From Android 1.14 for using alarms you need to allow a permission. The application will guide you to it.
The clock features a "screensaver-like" function which moves the clock on the screen - important if you have an AMOLED display (leaving an image on an AMOLED screen for a prolonged period of time might damage the screen). The movement can be disabled from the Settings screen for phones without AMOLED screens.
Also there is a sleep button that cycles through some predefined sleep timers; there is even a setting that allows you to setup your own timer.
