Easy Alerts are available for mobile personal banking accounts on eligible devices in which you have the Bankwest App installed and notifications enabled. Limited alerts only are available for credit products.

This means that if you do have a loss resulting from an unauthorised transaction in Bankwest Online Banking (including the Bankwest App), and have taken the necessary steps to stay safe online (by complying with our terms and conditions, and neither you nor an authorised user has contributed to the loss), we will reimburse you the full amount of any funds lost.
