Our app is designed to make business operations easier and more efficient by dividing functionality into two parts: Office Mate (the web platform) and DMS (the Android app).

Office Mate (Web): This is where business owners manage everything. They can register warehouses, track balances, and manage employees, suppliers, customers, and products. Owners have control over employee permissions—only employees with the appropriate permissions can access the web platform or the Android app. Without permissions, employees (like SRs or DSRs) won’t have access to the app.

DMS (Android App): This is the app used by Sales Representatives (SR) and Delivery Sales Representatives (DSR). SRs can create customer profiles and place orders. DSRs handle deliveries, including making direct deliveries without orders.

Data Security:
We prioritize data security. We ensure that data is backed up from the first to the last working day. If any technical issues arise, we promise quick fixes and constant maintenance to keep things running smoothly. If a user fails to pay their subscription, their account will be permanently deleted after a 2-month grace period, and no further support will be provided.

Customer Data:
We only collect basic customer information like name, business name, address, and contact details. This data is essential for sales and reporting purposes, and it cannot be deleted because it affects past sales data and reports. If we detect that a business is selling illegal products, that business will be banned from our platform.

Key Features of Office Mate (Web):
Inventory Management: Easily track stock levels, manage supplier balances, and handle stock exchanges and damage tracking.
Sales and Expenses: Manage customer credit/debit, track sales with expenses, and access detailed customer ledgers.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports, including sales tracking, daily sales, purchase/sales flow, and brand-wise sales. The business health dashboard helps track profit/loss, balance sheets, SR/DSR performance, and more.
Automation:
SRs can place orders through the Android app. These orders are then summarized and processed by the manager via the web platform.
The order summary is shared with DSRs for delivery, and DSRs can also make direct deliveries without an order.
This platform is built to help businesses streamline their operations while ensuring the security and privacy of data.
