Aedan [safe] is a Mobile Security Service which provides privacy and security for the user device.
Select start to launch the firewall settings. Once the firewall is engaged the system will use a VPN connection without routing traffic nor sharing the user data.
Aedan is a security application provider that utilizes Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology strictly as a security tool and not as a VPN tunnel. Our primary focus is on safeguarding sensitive data and protecting user privacy. By implementing VPN technology in this manner we ensure that our users activities remain secure from potential threats, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Using the Aedan [safe] update icon before scanner for malicious codes will keep the signatures and feature updates current within the application providing complete protection.
Current features
• Antivirus & Anti Application hijacking
This engine scans the device for viruses and potential vulnerabilities according to the virus signature DB and RIM. Aedan will notify the user and then automatically correct the issue. Aedan will not remove user and or system files.
• Advanced Firewall
An Advanced rule system implementing the Android Virtual Private Network protocol request of the local device to manage port traffic internally without effecting external network configurations.
The firewall policies are preconfigured to prevent network intrusion yet can be managed by the user to apply custom security policies.
Suspicious network activities and arbitrary code injection attacks are managed by the stage 1 artificial intelligence engine which implements a sophisticated form of pattern detection to identify and prevent potential risks in real-time.
future features will include Application Emulation Sandboxing, Local Folder Encryption, Secured Email, SMS protection and compatibility with 3rd party encrypted messenger apps.
