VRA Health app also provides second opinions to the users/patients outside India by these expert doctors.
VRA Health is developed by a team of doctors who are alumni of the premium medical institute of India-PGIMER, with a focus on providing Quality Healthcare to all the users, based on Evidence Based Medicine principles being followed by the premium medical institutes like AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS, NIMS etc.
The Specialist and Superspecialist Doctors available for teleconsultations in VRA Health are all trained from premium medical institutes like AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMS, NIMHANS etc. These medical institutes are known for their quality medical care, scientific and evidence-based practice. How does VRA Health work?
The doctors on board are all professionally qualified doctors working at various hospitals in the country and are willing to provide medical care through tele consultations. Doctors mark their availability in their calendar which is visible to the users.
Once a user requests for a tele consultation, doctor is notified about the same. As per the doctor’s response – in real time, if accepts the consultation the user will be directed for payment and if doesn’t, the user is redirected to other doctors available. Our exclusive user support team pursues the doctor response for immediate consultations.
Can Patients/users share reports/documents prior to consultation?
YES, users can share the documents with the consulting doctor even before the onset of consultation and even before the payment for the same. This is done to avoid no shows and unnecessary cancellations if the patient needs a different specialist doctor.
