This app tracks your complete financials and contact database as property manager. Apartment managers, real estate investors, property managers and landlords can use this property management app completely free of charge.

- Owners, Tenants, Vendors can be imported from the contact list.

- Payment Date can be modified for few payment types.
- Expenses can be added. There is an option to repeat expense on yearly, quarterly, monthly, bimonthly and weekly basis.

- Alerts for tenants that are late on payment, expired leases and vacant buildings are created.

Sometimes there are issues with app updates on google play, so to be on safe side before you upgrade, follow these steps: Back up the current data from old app, uninstall the older app version, install the newer version from google play and restore the data saved from the older version.
