Architectural Program Tracker turns a client's brief into a measurable, trackable room program — and keeps tracking it against the design as it develops.

START WITH THE PROGRAM
Build the room list for a project: target area, quantity, priority and category per room, with 23 built-in residential room templates to start from (or add a whole group like "Master Suite" at once). Track actual area against target the moment the design starts producing real numbers, with variance always shown as status — never color alone.

ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE FLOOR
Gross-area reconciliation per floor: circulation allowance vs. measured actual, wall/services/other-included area, efficiency and grossing-factor ratios — without ever forcing a balance that isn't there.

CHECK ADJACENCY, THEN SEE IT
An adjacency matrix flags required-adjacent rooms assigned to different floors. A draggable bubble diagram sizes rooms by target or actual area, colored and connected by adjacency severity.

BLOCK OUT THE FLOOR PLAN
A lightweight, rotation-aware block-planning canvas: drag, resize (lock area or lock dimensions), rotate, and see overlap or out-of-boundary flags update live. Not a finished floor plan — no door swings, no code-required egress — and the app says so on screen, not just in the fine print.

TRACK CHANGE OVER TIME
Save immutable revisions and diff them against the live program at any time. Branch a design scenario from the baseline to explore an alternative without touching it — comparisons are factual totals, never a declared winner. Log client change requests alongside their area impact and decision.

IMPORT, REPORT, BACK UP
Import a room schedule from CSV or Excel (.xlsx), including straight from a Revit export. Generate a PDF report with your own business branding. Export or restore a full project as JSON, on your terms.
