Buzzjo

ONE NINE TWO FOR COMMUNICATION & INTERNET DEVICES

À propos de l'application

Buzzjo is the one app for live events — whether you're going to one, working the door, or running the whole show. What you see depends on who you are: sign in and Buzzjo shows exactly what you need.

FOR GUESTS
• Discover concerts, festivals, shows and experiences near you
• Buy tickets in seconds — pay with your Buzz wallet, card or CliQ
• Your tickets live in the app: big, bright QR codes that work even without a connection
• Transfer a ticket to a friend by email; accept tickets sent to you
• Manage your event wristband: check your balance and top up from your wallet

FOR DOOR STAFF
• Lightning-fast QR scanning built for busy gates — the camera stays open, results are instant, and every scan buzzes green or red
• Clear reasons when a ticket is denied (already used, wrong lane, cancelled…)
• Verify-only mode for security teams
• Issue NFC wristbands at the door and link them to the guest's ticket
• Manual code entry as a fallback

FOR ORGANIZERS
• Live dashboard: who's inside, check-ins by the hour, sales per tier
• Attendance list with search and re-entry alerts
• Manage staff and their lanes; set exactly what each role may do with wristbands
• Cashless wristbands: add money, take payments, refunds and balance checks — with per-staff cash collection reports and settlement totals
• Built-in POS for on-site sales, including pay-by-wristband and cashier PIN logins

Buzzjo supports English and Arabic and works with standard 13.56 MHz NFC wristbands and cards.
