À propos de l'application

HomeKeep tells you what to do for your house and when. Pick your region and the systems your home has, and HomeKeep builds a personalized maintenance schedule in seconds - no blank screen, no guesswork.

WHAT IT DOES
- Pre-loaded task library: HVAC filters, gutter cleaning, water-heater flush, smoke and carbon-monoxide detector tests, dryer-vent cleaning, caulking, roof and foundation checks, and more
- Month-by-month schedule: see what's due this month, what's overdue, and what's coming up
- Year calendar: every task laid out across the year with completion check marks
- Short how-to on every task, plus a link to a fuller guide, so you don't have to bounce to a search engine
- Mark complete with a photo, cost, notes, and the contractor's name - build a real history of your home
- Photo log: a visual timeline of completed work
- Reminders before tasks are due, with an adjustable lead time
- Add your own custom tasks for anything specific to your home
- Turn off tasks that don't apply to your home
- Export your maintenance history as a PDF to keep or hand to a buyer
- Works offline; your data stays on your device

WHO IT'S FOR
- First-time homeowners who want to know what maintenance a house actually needs
- Owners who want one place to track every system and every service date
- Anyone keeping a record of home upkeep for resale or peace of mind

HomeKeep ships with United States and United Kingdom task libraries. More regions are planned.

HomeKeep is a scheduling aid. Always consult your manufacturer's documentation or a licensed professional before performing maintenance.
