À propos de l'application

Mitigate™ is the field app from Cotality™ for restoration professionals who'd rather be drying structures than filling out paperwork. Capture everything a water loss needs — right from your phone, right where the work is happening — in a workflow built around the daily rhythm of a mitigation project.

Set up the job the way it actually dries:
Create the loss, map out levels and rooms, and build your drying chambers to match how the structure really breaks down — not a generic form.

Record readings that hold up:
Capture moisture content by material and monitoring point, plus atmospheric and psychrometric conditions — tied to the room they came from and tracked toward your drying goals.

Log your equipment:
Place dehumidifiers and air movers by chamber and room, and keep a running record from setup to demobilization.

Keep photos where they belong:
Attach documentation to the exact room, chamber, or reading it supports, pre-tagged so nothing is lost in a camera roll.

Work where you work:
Capture in the field even when signal doesn't cooperate; your work uploads automatically in the background once you're connected.

Documentation you can stand behind:
Restoration work only counts if it's documented. Because every reading, photo, and piece of equipment is tied to where and when it happened, the record builds itself as you do the job. When it's time to justify the drying plan — to a reviewer, a carrier, or your own office — the whole story is already there, organized and complete.

Everything you log flows to the web portal, so the job is documented once, cleanly, and stays in sync.

Confidently do what you do best. Built for the field, trusted on the claim.
