Studio Id turns your phone into a passport photo studio. Take a photo (or pick one from your gallery), and Studio Id checks it against official-style requirements, removes and replaces the background, and crops it to the exact size your country's passport, visa, or ID application needs — all in a couple of minutes, without a trip to a photo shop.
WHY STUDIO ID
• On-device AI, not a mystery filter — Face detection and background removal run entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or any third-party AI service just to process them.
• Real compliance checks — Before you export, Studio Id checks head size and position, tilt, open eyes, and neutral expression, and tells you exactly what to fix (or lets you retake the shot) instead of leaving you guessing whether a photo will be accepted.
• Country & document presets — Choose from 30+ countries and document types (passport, visa, national ID, and more), each with the correct photo dimensions and background color pre-filled. Need something else? Set a fully custom size.
• Clean, accurate backgrounds — Swap your background for a compliant solid color (white, blue, gray, or red) with on-device background removal — no green screen required.
• Batch mode — Processing photos for a family trip or a group of applicants? Pick several photos at once and run them all through the same pipeline.
• Print-ready sheets — Arrange multiple copies of your photo onto a single printable sheet, sized for standard photo paper, ready to bring to any print shop or print at home.
• Export your way — Save to your gallery, share directly to messaging apps, or export as a PDF sheet.
• Photo history — Every export is saved in your history so you can revisit or re-share it later without starting over.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your country and document type (or a custom size).
2. Take a photo or choose one from your gallery.
3. Studio Id detects your face, runs its compliance checklist, and removes the background.
4. Review, adjust if needed, and export — save, share, or print.
PRIVACY, FIRST
Your photos are processed locally on your device. If you'd like an extra safety net, Premium members can optionally back up their exported photos to a private, anonymous cloud storage bucket — no account or email required. You're always in control of what leaves your device.
STUDIO ID PREMIUM
The free version lets you try Studio Id and export a few photos at no cost. Studio Id Premium removes the export limit and unlocks optional cloud backup, with monthly and yearly plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime from your Google Play account subscriptions settings.
A NOTE ON REQUIREMENTS
Passport and visa photo requirements can change and vary by country and issuing authority. Studio Id is designed to help you meet common published guidelines, but we recommend confirming the latest requirements with your local passport office, embassy, or consulate before submitting your application.
