Despatchly Engineer is the mobile app for field engineers working with the Despatchly platform. Whether you're heading to site, on the job, or wrapping up at the end of the day, the app gives you everything you need to manage your work from your phone — without needing to call the office.

View and manage your assigned tickets, update job status as you travel and arrive on site, complete risk assessments, and sign off visits using template-based forms that support photos and videos. When a job is done, it's done — all the evidence is captured and synced straight back to your team.

Log expenses on the go and scan receipts using the built-in camera. Track work and private journeys with the GPS mileage recorder, linking trips directly to tickets. Clock in and out each day, request annual leave, and check the status of your requests — all without a desktop.

The app also gives you access to your assigned fleet vehicle checks, company documents, and the knowledge base when you need reference material on site. Site messages from your office team come through directly in the app so you're always kept in the loop.
