AppsStop helps you to gain control over the time you spend/waste on some of your applications by setting blocking policies on them, it helps you to prevent doom scrolling and block apps by setting the following blocking policies:

*)Block: Once you block an app/group of apps you won't be able to use it until you remove the block from the app.
*)Daily Limit: Allows you to set a certain amount of time for each app/group of apps during the day.
*)Time Out: Allows you to set from/to time in which the app/group of apps won't be accessible.

You can also create Groups of apps and control multiple apps at once.

Nouveautés

- Added extra minutes/extensions config for Interval (giving extra minutes instead of closing on the spot)
- Show daily usage of apps in the apps list (46 min / 1 hr / etc')
- Swipe down to refresh the list of apps (and their daily usage)
- Added “Apply to all weekdays” when setting Intervals, Time Outs, and Daily Limits
- Notification hiding for blocked apps is configurable via Settings menu
- Improved user experience and fixed bugs
