The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Complaint Management System is a digital platform designed to enable citizens to file, track, and resolve election-related complaints in a transparent and efficient manner. The system ensures that all election-related grievances are addressed timely and systematically, reinforcing fairness and credibility in the electoral process. Users can lodge complaints related to election irregularities, voter registration issues, polling station problems, and election staff misconduct through a mobile app, web portal, or helpline. To ensure proper handling, users must provide Full Name, CNIC (National Identity Card) Number, Contact Details, Nature of Complaint, and Supporting Evidence such as images, videos, or documents. If a user forgets to attach evidence or needs to provide further details, they can send additional messages and attachments via the message icon on the Complaint Description Screen, ensuring that the complaint is well-documented for effective resolution. The assigned Election Officer receives and reviews these messages, and if further clarification is required, they can send a direct reply to the user. This enhances communication, improves complaint accuracy, speeds up resolution, and ensures transparency, making the complaint-handling process efficient and accountable
