Al Murafiq is a mobile app for vendor users who manage escorted shipments and smart-lock operations. With Al Murafiq, you can sign in securely with your email and a one-time verification code, view ongoing and completed orders in one place, open order details with shipment, route, transport, and map information, search orders by POC name, lock IMEI, order ID, or vehicle plate number, assign a lock to an order by scanning the truck plate and lock QR code, unlock an order for inspection or order completion by scanning the device QR code, and manage your profile while switching between English and Arabic. The app also includes full right-to-left support for Arabic. Al Murafiq is designed for vendor accounts only and helps keep shipment workflows organized, traceable, and efficient from assignment to completion.
