If you are an Ongo Homes tenant, then this app is for you. To manage your tenancy anytime and anywhere on your smart phone or tablet, simply download this app, register and log in – it takes just a few minutes to get started.
The Ongo My Home app allows you to:
- view your rent balance and statement
- pay your rent
- book repairs for your property at a time that suits you
- request alterations to your property
- get benefits advice
- report fly tipping and graffiti
... and much more. We will continue to develop My Home, and we will be adding more features over the coming months. If you have any feedback, there is an area in the app where you can send us your comments - we would love to hear from you!
