FocusBoard Timer helps you finish real work—not just watch a countdown.
It pairs a Pomodoro-style focus timer with a lightweight kanban board for today’s tasks. Start a session on a task, move work across To do / Doing / Done, and see focus minutes, sessions, and streaks build up over time.

CORE FEATURES
Focus sessions
Start a Pomodoro-style focus session linked to a task. Stay with one item until the session ends, then mark progress and move on.
Today’s kanban board
Organize today’s work in To do, Doing, and Done. Add titles, notes, and estimated pomodoros so the board matches how you actually work.
Stats that stay useful
Review sessions completed, minutes focused, and streak days—so you can see consistency without leaving the app.
Optional reminders
Turn on focus reminders for session end, break nudges, or a daily streak reminder. Notifications stay off until you allow them in system settings.
JSON backup export
Export tasks, sessions, and settings to a JSON file with the system file picker (Storage Access Framework). Export is offline; you choose where the file is saved.
Clear local control
Delete individual tasks (and their logged sessions) or use Clear all data when you want a clean slate. Uninstalling generally removes the app’s private local data.
HOW A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS
1. Open Home and see today’s board next to the focus ring
2. Add or pick a task that deserves a focused block
3. Start a session and stay with that task until the timer ends
4. Move the card when status changes: To do → Doing → Done
5. Check Stats for minutes, sessions, and streaks
6. Optionally export a JSON backup before switching devices or clearing data

WHAT V1.0 INTENTIONALLY LEAVES OUT
FocusBoard Timer V1.0 does not include accounts, cloud sync, social feeds, ads, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics SDKs. The goal is a reliable local focus loop you can trust on day one.
BUILT FOR DEEP WORK
The product loop is simple on purpose:
pick a task → start a session → finish → update the board → check the streak.
No social feed. No account wall. No cloud dependency in V1.0. Just a focused timer and a board that stays out of your way.
TIPS FOR BETTER FOCUS
Keep today’s board small—three to seven active tasks is usually enough
Estimate pomodoros before you start so sessions feel intentional
Use Doing for only what you are truly working on right now
