À propos de l'application

Quit Phone Checking is a somatic habit-breaking protocol designed to extinguish unconscious pocket-reaching reflexes, resolve phantom vibration syndrome, and restore your capacity to engage fully with the physical world.

THE PHANTOM VIBRATION REFLEX
Frequent screen checkers develop conditioned reflex pathways: boredom or minor micro-stress triggers an unconscious hand reach into the pocket. Over time, the sensory cortex misinterprets clothing friction as notifications. quitphonechecking rewires this twitch through tactile grounding.

CORE PROTOCOL FEATURES:

1. EMERGENCY TWITCH INTERCEPTOR
• Quick SOS button whenever you catch your hand reaching for your phone out of boredom or reflex.
• 60-second physiological sigh breathing pacer with somatic grounding challenge.

2. POCKET LOCKOUT PROTOCOL
• Timed lockout durations (30m, 1h, 2h, 4h) with interactive ambient timer to train tolerance of silence and boredom.

3. PHANTOM VIBRATION REFLEX LOGGER
• Log false notification twitches and track their gradual extinction as your nervous system decouples from screen stimuli.

4. 7-DAY DIGITAL DETACHMENT HEATMAP
• Visual habit tracker recording consecutive days of disciplined pocket boundaries.

5. SENSORY GROUNDING ACOUSTIC STUDIO
• 100% unlocked studio with 5-4-3-2-1 somatic audio pacers, Tibetan singing bowls, and real-time waveform visualizer.
