À propos de l'application

The On-Air Net Scraper, an Amateur Radio App and typically referred to as "Net Scraper", was specifically developed to provide Hams realtime awareness to Amateur Radio services such as On-Air Nets, texting and audio from a Ham's smart device. Additionally, On-Air Net Scraper is not limited to mobile devices such as desktop systems. Typically its been extremely useful for portal radio operators or remote off-the-Air Hams. It is a full featured system providing not only listings of currently active On-Air Nets from NetLogger.org but other services such as Ham.Live and Net Scraper's own services. It can extract and search elements of NetLogger's "Past" net listings so Hams can easily find when a call sign was on the air, what net they joined and when they attended a net. Instant messaging has proven valuable to Hams for augmenting radio communications when the airways become congested or signals are not acceptable. For example, checking into a net can be difficult while attendees are transmitting, therefore, texting can be used to avoid transmission interruptions. Additionally, Net Scraper App helps relieve signal interference by allowing a On-Air Nets manager to receive contact information from attendees via a smart device running Net Scraper's full featured AIM send and receive implementation, or texting realtime via the NME messages directly or thru the Net Scraper JS8Call interface. Net Scraper's own messaging system features transparent messaging such as embedded Emoji messaging for creating a more enjoyable expressive experience over realtime NME and JS8Call directly connected radio chat transmissions. Now a Ham can leave their radio set to a JS8Call frequency, go for a road trip and participate with a Ham JS8Call chat remotely thru their smart phone linked to their radio via Net Scraper desktop. Because of Net Scraper's easy single click access, call sign searching is quick. Ham operators can enjoy monitoring several On-Air Nets check-ins, text sessions, net audio or browse Internet portals, with its easily selectable tab display, therefore, maintaining realtime On-Air Nets awareness. A nice feature of the App is its flexible comprehensive settings so a ham can better configure the App for a more enjoyable personal experience. The App can view NetLogger Check-Ins and/or AlM listings and at the same time participate with NetLogger AIM chats as well as simultaneously chatting with NME or JS8Call users over the radio's JS8 mode transmission. With Net Scrapers split-screens, a user can simultaneously monitor a Check-Ins listing, participate in an associated AIM session and thru a webSDR portal listen to an ongoing NetLogger On-Air Net conversation. Save AIM sessions for replay both locally and remotely with the new GUI release. QRZ Logbook insert/update/delete feature.
