Welcome to the MNCU/KMC Application, a transformative tool co-designed with the key stakeholders of the health system to empower the nursing staff in delivering essential care to newborns and their mothers.
Our application begins its journey by ensuring every newborn and their respective mother is efficiently registered within the healthcare system. Once registered, the app offers a plethora of features and functionalities to facilitate Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC), an evidence-based intervention pivotal in improving newborn health, growth, and development outcomes.
The MNCU/KMC Application empowers healthcare providers to assess, monitor, and offer crucial counseling to both infants and their mothers, ensuring optimal care and support throughout their healthcare journey.
We take pride in the seamless integration of our application and its health data with other health apps, focusing on antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. This interoperability ensures a cohesive and collaborative health ecosystem, ultimately leading to better healthcare outcomes for our vulnerable individuals.
