Embers Academy- This is how learning works today
The Embers Academy sees itself as an independent training course (rail) of the Embers Group. This knowledge platform, which is independent on the time and place,when and where it is used, enables learning in small units and short steps via an app on a smartphone, tablet or a Computer.
The platform serves to consolidate specialist knowledge already acquired from online project presentations or to develop new content with the assistance of e-learnings. In addition, we strengthen the area of competence of the employees and agents through additional trainings and knowledge packages, so that even as a beginner in the industry, one can become stable and acquire essential skills in everyday work.

The quality and constant developement of our agents as well as our intern Employees is the highest priority of the Embers Team in ordert to promote the harmonized business model among themselves effectively and meaningfully: Develope further education. Observe learning progress together and set learning impulses where they are necessary. Our mobile learning concept now- in addition to our working model- allows flexibility in terms of time and space and enables self-controlled and individualized learning progress that can be checked at all times.
