Every puzzle is crafted around a rectangular layout of circles, where each circle symbolizes an island, and the number within indicates the count of connected bridges. The goal is to interconnect all islands based on the specified number of bridges, ensuring no more than two bridges align in the same direction. Achieve a seamless interconnected network of bridges, allowing passage from any island to another.
