The main scripture of our Hindu religion is 'Veda', and the essence of Veda is Srimadbhagavad Gita. As the crown jewel of Indian theological sciences, this Bengali Bhagavad Gita has become famous all over the world. The seven hundred verses of this Gita, the guide of self-realization, were exhorted by Lord Krishna to his intimate devotee Arjuna. In fact, this book is incomparable in revealing the essential nature of man, his environment and above all his relationship with God. Krishnakripasrimurti Srila Abhayacharanarbinda Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, a learned scholar of Vedic knowledge and a pure devotee of Lord Krishna, is a theoretic Sadguru situated in the line of Guru-Parampara from the Supreme Lord Krishna. He has properly served the teachings of Lord Krishna without any distortion, which is completely different from other versions of the Gita.

When doubt surrounds me, despair appears in front of me and I see no light of hope in the distance, then I find a verse to find peace in the Bhagavad Gita. Immediately I started laughing in extreme sadness. Those who meditate on the Gita will find absolute joy and new meaning every day.
