The Super App is a task-based system designed to optimize operational costs by centralizing operations tasks management and synergizing the on-ground workforce. Currently, on-ground sales agents are trained to perform multiple tasks, such as e-commerce retention, fintech sales, acquisition tasks, collection orders, and more, instead of focusing on a single task.

The Super App project aims to maximize the utilization of the on-ground workforce by enabling the management, dispatching, and completion of multiple types of visits through a single agent app and a middle management system. This approach allows organizations to eliminate redundant roles and streamline operations.

With the Super App, sales agents have a user-friendly interface to access and manage their assigned tasks efficiently. The middle management system acts as a control center, ensuring tasks are evenly distributed and monitored for timely completion.
