With Master KOT, restaurants can create and manage orders digitally, generate KOT for kitchen processing, and monitor staff activity in real time. The system is built for speed, accuracy, and ease of use.

Account Structure:

Each restaurant has one active Super Admin account.
The Super Admin can:

• Create Admin accounts
• Create Staff accounts
• Assign roles and permissions

Staff members can only access features permitted by their assigned role. This ensures operational control and security within the restaurant.

Secure & Controlled Access

Users log in using their registered phone number and password. Accounts are created by the Owner (Super Admin) or authorized Admin. No public registration is available.
