Multitone Appear is a corporate messaging application that operates in conjunction with the Multitone i-Message platform, designed specifically to provide secure communications between pre-set, but programmable, teams or lists of contacts. Appear incorporates all the functionality of Appear, with the additional ability to support the additional features of SIP Client (Telephone Interface) and Soft Buttons.

Unlike many off-the-shelf, publicly available messaging apps, Multitone Appear puts your organisation firmly in control of its communications and its data. Appear gives users unfettered access to a set contact list, allowing them to reach anyone in an organisation quickly and easily, searching by name or by job title. In addition to instant messaging, Appear provides multiple communication methods, including mobile phone, VoIP, SMS and email, operating as an all-in-one contact app. All communications are fully secure, and also backed-up on the i-Message system, preventing the loss of data and providing an audit trail for your organisation. Appear is for professional use only, with a stable set of features designed to deliver a powerful comms app you can trust.

- Proof of delivery: the originator and the system will know when a message has been received and read
