The app is built for three distinct types of users. Every user type will have defined accessibility options based on their profile.
Employee:
An employee will be able to create a ticket concerning their complaints, requests, and or suggestions and may assign the ticket to a manager, or a selected member of the team which will be available from the drop-down menu options. This way the employee will be able to send their message to the right person instantly.
Manager:
The users that will operate this app as a manager will have access to view, respond, change status, and even redirect the ticket to any other concerned member of the team. This way, the problem, and its resolution will be processed efficiently without any delays or clarity concerns. Managers will also be able to supervise if the ticket has been resolved or not and process the request accordingly.
Administrator:
The users with an Administrator profile and accessibility will be able to manage the back end of the mobile app as they can allow users to select their profiles and accessibility features based on their roles and needs. An Administrator will be able to supervise the user activity and various other features keeping things smooth while your business grows exponentially.
Attachments:
Every user will have 6 slots to upload their multimedia, which can be 5 pictures and a video, or 6 pictures as you get more freedom to maintain your official profile on the OST Help Desk app.
