Instead of managing one countdown at a time, you can build a list of steps and run them in order.
Each step can have its own duration, label, colour, loop setting, countdown, voice cue, vibration pattern, and sound.
That makes it useful for both structured work and real-life routines.
When you want to start quickly, you can create timers from Pomodoro and HIIT presets.
You can also build a timer from plain text, use AI assist to turn a routine into steps faster, or add guided routine packs with built-in structure and explanations.
