Manage delivery teams and drivers – get round-the-clock driver geo-location information, on-screen delivery agent monitoring, add or edit agent (driver) profile, current driver assignments being handled, time taken for completing tasks, availability for a planned delivery, status such as busy, free or not on duty, and add (or remove) a delivery agent.

4. Keep your customers updated with the Outfleet delivery management system from the time of order up to delivery. Your team can send automated Push notifications, estimated delivery schedules; delivery agent's phone numbers; accept special instructions, and update customers regarding service-related problems.
