PreMove App – Complete Moving, Inventory & Workflow Management

PreMove is an all-in-one moving and logistics management app designed to simplify the entire relocation journey for customers, managers, and admin teams. Whether it’s capturing leads, managing customer inventory, generating barcodes, tracking items in/out, or automating communication through WhatsApp notifications—PreMove brings everything into one seamless, smart, and efficient platform.

Built with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and automation, PreMove solves the biggest challenges in the moving industry: missing items, manual paperwork, slow communication, and poor coordination between teams and customers. With real-time updates and clear workflows, PreMove makes relocation smoother and smarter than ever.

Key Features
1. Lead Management

Efficiently capture, manage, and track every lead that enters the system. Admins and managers get separate dashboards with role-based access. This ensures secure access to customer details, visit requests, and assigned locations.

2. Customer Inventory Management

Customers can log in and fill out their complete item inventory using a clean, simple interface. They can add:

Item names

Quantity

Service requirements such as assembling, crating, or dismounting

Images of each item

Additional details through dynamically added rows

All submitted inventory goes to the manager for approval before finalization.

3. Barcode System (Parent + Child Barcodes)

PreMove gives every inventory item a unique identity.

Each item gets a parent barcode.

Based on the quantity, automatic child barcodes are generated.

Managers and admins can scan/search barcodes to instantly view details like customer name, item type, rack location, and item status.

This ensures no item goes missing during packing, moving, or storage.

4. In/Out Tracking

Every item’s movement is monitored through the barcode system.
Child barcodes have an item_status that changes between:

“In”

“Out”

Managers can bulk-update item status and assign delivery vendors such as Blue Dart, Express, Delhivery, or a custom vendor. Delivery partner details like name and phone number are stored securely for future reference.

5. WhatsApp Automation

The app is integrated with the WhatsApp API to send:

OTPs

Manager alerts

Customer notifications

PDF attachments of new item submissions

Move-related confirmations

This reduces delays and ensures instant communication across the workflow.

6. PDF Upload & Sharing

Customers can upload documents or inventory PDFs directly from the dashboard. Managers can download only the PDFs assigned to their location. Every action is tracked to maintain complete transparency.

7. Manager Approval System

Whenever customers add new inventory items, managers receive instant WhatsApp alerts. Managers can review the details, approve them, and add them to customer inventory. Customers receive confirmation notifications after approval.

8. Role-Based Dashboards

Each role sees its own relevant data, such as dashboards, stats, inventory, and history. Dashboard cards show today’s in/out, weekly summaries, and live item status.
