EC Mobile lets users do their tasks and take informed decisions instantly from their mobile device. They get notified when an action is needed and can complete the action with only a few clicks on their mobile phone. Key features of the module are elaborated below.
Enhanced user experience:
Information about asset performance is available through an intuitive interactive graphical interface, allowing to view data from different perspectives with drill-through capabilities.
Instant interactions and notifications:
Interaction with your colleagues and solutions is handled through Business Process Management, where each task managed in the mobile app integrates with automated computer tasks and tasks carried out within EC, across the organization. Instant notifications reduce long idle cycles, resulting in quicker process completion with less manual effort.
Convenient tasks assignment:
Tasks can be assigned to individual persons or to groups, and group tasks can be picked up by any member. Assigned tasks can be re-assigned to others if needed, and the process will continue upon task completion, allowing an efficient collaboration between many actors and ensuring consistent handling of complex tasks.
Efficient Business Process Management:
Customers can build their own processes in EC using visual tools, and tasks from execution of these processes will automatically be available in the EC Mobile app. Process execution can be triggered directly from the mobile application, e.g. to start an optimization job when the user discovers changed operating conditions.
