Sunrise credit is a regulated microfinance institution operating in Uganda. Sunrise has been at the frontline of financial inclusion since inception, providing best-in-class financial solutions for the unbanked, productive individuals and businesses.
Sunrise credit brings convenience to customers phones through instant mobile loans.

How Sunrise credit works
To access services at Sunrise, you need to be registered first as a member through our various channels both digital and physical.
The customer can also self-onboard by downloading the app and filling in the registration form.
Depending on the eligibility criteria for the different loans, the customer can be vetted either physically or virtually for their preferred loan service.

For mobile loans, eligibility is as follows:
1. Must be a resident of Uganda with a National Identity Card Number.
2. Must be 18 -75 Years of age.
3. Must have a source of income with consistent cashflows.
4. Must have a culture of saving.

Loan Amount 50000 - 5000000Ugx
Loan period 61days -12 months
Loan Limit 5000000.

Charges
Loan Application fee 30,000Ugx.
Loan Processing fees - 7% deductible on disbursement.

For a normal loan of 1,000,000
>Application fee = 30000
>Processing fee = 70000
>Loan installment for 6 months = 54166
>Maximum APR =120%.
