Wordstep is a word ladder puzzle game with 300 hand-curated levels. Starting from one word, swap a single letter at a time to transform it into the target word — before you run out of moves.

It sounds simple. It isn't. Every level is a tight little brain teaser that rewards clean, logical thinking over guesswork.

HOW TO PLAY
• You're given a start word and a target word
• Change exactly one letter per move to form a new valid word
• Reach the target within the move budget to earn stars
• Stuck? Use a hint to reveal the optimal next step

300 LEVELS, THREE WORD LENGTHS
Progress through levels built on 4, 5, and 6-letter word bands, each one calibrated for difficulty as you climb the level map. Early levels ease you in; later ones will genuinely make you think.

STARS, HINTS & COINS
Earn up to three stars per level based on how efficiently you solve it. Stuck on a tough one? Spend coins earned from play (or rewarded videos) on hints that show you the optimal route — no paywalls, no forced purchases.
