FoundationWell is the one-stop-shop for all your health and wellness needs. Now you and your family can have ONE platform to access your benefit information, lower your healthcare costs, and maximize all that Foundation has to offer.

Features of FoundationWell:
- ID Card Storage – Your family can access all insurance cards in one centralized location. Easily share them with your providers during your next visit.
- Centralized benefits offerings – Read all information about Foundation’s medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Telehealth services and Rx price search - Save on your healthcare costs by searching nearby providers and accessing free, 24/7 telemedicine.
- 401K Integration – Access your 401k any time, anywhere, to change your contributions or investments.
- Messaging Center – Get the most up-to-date information from the HR team regarding your benefits, directly to your phone.
- Activity Tracker - Track your steps, compete in challenges with colleagues, and prioritize your wellbeing with the Activity Tracker! Through syncing the Apple Health or Google Fit already on your device, you can see your daily, weekly, and monthly activity directly in the app. After that initial sync is completed, you can begin tracking activity, with or without a fitness device, and work towards achieving your fitness goals! If you do not see the Activity Tracker live in your app, please reach out to your HR team to enable the feature for you.

This app is focused solely on employee benefits and workplace engagement. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose health conditions, or offer therapy, mindfulness, or clinical wellness coaching.

Activity Access & Data Use (Compliance)

The app uses Health Connect only to read step count and walking distance, used for non-medical workplace challenges.
* Data is read-only, not used for medical purposes
* We do not track heart rate, vitals, workouts, or medical metrics
* No medical, clinical, or mental-health data is collected, analyzed, or shared with third parties
