In the offline arcade game Stacks Block, players must precisely stack moving blocks to construct huge buildings. The main objective of the game is to time each drop such that the blocks line up precisely; any misalignment results in the overhanging portion being chopped off, which reduces the size of the subsequent block and increases the instability of the tower. Blocks move more quickly as the stack gets bigger, requiring quicker reflexes and stronger focus. In order to avoid toppling the tower, players try to stack as many blocks as they can.
