Its premier feature is the included homescreen widget pictured in The Widget tab screenshot. The widget displays that day's slogan (same slogan all day) and automatically updates each day at midnight. The user can choose his or her preferred 'slant' by selecting either the AA Slogans or the Al-Anon Slogans radio button in the User Settings tab controlling which set of slogans will be displayed.

The slogans presented here are routinely used by AA, Al-Anon, and/or other 12-step programs. Each of the two slogans collections, AA and Al-Anon, contain 16 slogans. Twelve in each set are identical to each other with the remaining four in each set being unique to their given 'slant', either AA and Al-Anon. The slogans that are part of the AA collection are better suited for encouraging those seeking recovery from alcohol (or any other substance) abuse. The Al-Anon slant slogan collection is intended for friends and family of addicts that are seeking encouragement for their own recovery from the issues that often accompany living with addicts.

All of these slogans reside in the public domain and may be freely copied in any form. The app itself was created by me. It may not be commercially exploited in any way. It is provided free of charge to encourage the broadest possible user base.
