Plate Me is a proprietary Machine Learning algorithm that can understand your preferences and choose the best combination of recipes based on your nutritional needs and your personal goals.
You will receive a meal plan starting at the beginning of the week. You will be able to amend it and then accept it.
Once your plan is set, you will get reminders to eat on time.
You will also receive a smart shopping list, generated based on your meal plan.
You will be able to mark if you already have an item, or when you buy it from the store.

Keep in mind that the meal list is AI-generated and its goal is to meet your nutritional needs with food that you like, and still meet your goals.
Nevertheless, you should keep caution as the Machine Learning algorithm might not take any special conditions in mind, so always consult a specialist if you have any doubts.
