Scrolless is a free, open-source Android app that helps you reduce short-form video usage, regain focus, and take control of your screen time — without ads, tracking, or data collection.
HOW SCROLLESS WORKS
Scrolless uses Android’s Accessibility Service to detect when short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok is opened.
When detected, Scrolless can block access, limit usage time, or show a live on-screen timer to help you stay aware and in control.
Scrolless does not record, store, or transmit screen content. All processing happens locally on your device.

Accessibility permissions involve sensitive system access, so transparency is essential.
