SmartPay 2.0 Mobile Application is an HR/Payroll management software application designed for Small and medium-sized businesses/Private organizations already registered on the Smartpay 2.0 web which would provide a platform for Admin, Approver, Authorizer and Staff to carry out specific functions and permissions on the system.

The design and development of Smartpay 2.0 Mobile App is to ensure that private organizations have a robust and fully functional mobile application which ensures all users have all they require at their fingertips such as generating and initiating payment, approving payments, authorizing payments, viewing and downloading payslips, accessing all necessary reports, registration of new employees and carrying out self service functions( leave request, loan request, leave grant request, clock in and clock out). With a top-notch interface, once the app is downloaded by User, the user provides his/her login details, validates the account, which then allows the user access to application for both official and unofficial purposes.

SmartPay 2.0 Mobile Application is a fully functional mobile application with direct link to web APIs for accessing user’s data, records and information on the go. It is a user-friendly, easy-to-use application that provides other features such as social media handles for chat and follow-up, a virtual assistant that provides instant reply to questions on how to navigate and carry out basic operations. Phone lines are also available for contact for immediate support.
