Snack Tracker is more than a directory — it’s a powerful, community driven marketing and engagement tool for food trucks, ice-cream vans, coffee vans, and mobile vendors of all kinds. It gives customers an effortless way to discover nearby options while empowering vendors with tools that increase exposure, grow loyalty, and simplify daily operations.

Live GPS Tracking
Snack Tracker is the ONLY app in the world offering live GPS tracking specifically designed for food trucks. Customers can see their favourite vendors moving in real time, whether they’re cruising through neighbourhood streets or parked at an event. Users can browse via list view or map view and instantly spot who’s open, who’s nearby, and where to find the closest snack.
For vendors, GPS can be switched between mobile mode (the location updates as they drive) or static mode (perfect for a permanent site, pop-up stall, or event booking).

Favourites & Custom Notifications
Snack Tracker’s fan-favourite feature is the Favourites system. When a user taps the heart icon on a vendor’s profile, that vendor becomes one of their tracked favourites. The next time that vendor is open and within a 20km radius, the user automatically receives a pop-up alert — never miss your favourite burger truck or gelato van again!

Vendors can also send customised notifications directly to their fans. It’s an incredibly effective marketing tool: promote a new dish, announce a flash sale, highlight trading hours, or share last-minute location changes. With one tap, vendors can reach their most loyal customers instantly. No more having to rely on “hoping they see your post”.

Events Calendar
Snack Tracker includes a built-in Events Calendar designed specifically for mobile vendors. Food trucks can upload details for all upcoming markets, festivals, private functions, or local gatherings. These events display directly on the vendor’s profile so customers can easily plan their visits and follow their favourite trucks around the region.
Even better, vendors don’t need to remember to enable their tracker — GPS tracking activates automatically based on the event’s scheduled time, ensuring their visibility is seamless and stress-free.

Coming Soon: Book a Food Truck
Snack Tracker is expanding to support both customers and vendors with the new Book a Food Truck feature. Users will be able to quickly submit booking enquiries for private or public events. They can either:
- Send a pre-filled questionnaire to all registered trucks, or
- Request a specific vendor directly.
The enquiry is delivered via email to vendors, making it easy for customers to organise birthdays, corporate functions, school fairs, sporting events, and more — all from within the app.
