SoccerDreamApp is for players that are looking to learn or even get better at soccer.
It’s for beginners, amateurs and pros.
It's divided into different levels and each level has its own objectives.
Level 1 teaches you the basic skills and at the end of level 1 you will learn:
- How to dribble, using different surfaces of the foot. Learning to change speed and direction.
- How to throw the ball.
- How to head the ball while standing or jumping and in different directions.
- How to shoot and kick the ball while standing or from the run.
- How to pass the ball
Level 2 teaches you how to feel the ball by practicing many and different exercises.
Level 3 teaches you how to practice if you are alone using a hanging ball or hanging waist ball .
Level 4 teaches you how to kick the ball
Level 5 has many speeding drills to enhance your speed
Level 6 teaches you how to coordinate between your muscular and nervous systems. It teaches you Many exercises for speed, Agility, Flexibility, balance, and compatibility.

SoccerDreamApp also teaches you how to work out.
It also educates you about your health and nutrition, how to eat healthy and what to avoid.
