À propos de l'application

Supernormal is the smart pet safety app behind the Supernormal QR and NFC pet tag, built to bring lost dogs and cats home faster, and make day to day pet care easier.

Every Supernormal tag links to your pet's private profile in this app. If they ever go missing, anyone with a smartphone can scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag, with no app required on their end, and instantly see how to reach you. The moment your tag is scanned, you get a notification with the GPS location, so you know exactly where your pet was found.

No charging. No batteries. No monthly tracker fees. Just a tag that works the moment it matters.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Build a rich profile for each pet, including photos, breed, age, microchip number, medical notes, feeding instructions, and unlimited trusted contacts
• Get instant alerts the moment your tag is scanned, including the finder's location
• Mark your pet as lost to trigger our community lost pet alerts, so nearby Supernormal members, local vets, and shelters are notified to help bring them home
• Talk to Nova, our in app vet, for tailored advice on symptoms, diet, behaviour, and when a vet visit is actually needed, helping you avoid unnecessary costs
• Get personalised training guidance for your pet's breed, age, and stage, whether you're working with a new puppy or a senior dog
• Set smart reminders for medication, flea and worm treatments, grooming appointments, vet check ups, and anything else you don't want to forget
• Manage multiple pets from one account
• Update your details anytime, including a new phone number, new address, or new vet, and your tag stays current automatically

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

Your data stays yours. Your pet's profile is private until your tag is scanned, and you choose what information a finder sees. No public listings, no data sold, no tracking when you don't want it.

WHY OWNERS CHOOSE SUPERNORMAL

Traditional engraved tags only show a name and a phone number, and once details change, they're useless. GPS trackers need charging, cellular coverage, and a subscription. Supernormal sits in between: a durable, scannable tag backed by a live profile, a community recovery network, and tools you actually use every day.

Whether your dog has slipped a lead on a walk, your cat is an outdoor explorer, or you just want peace of mind on holiday, Supernormal is built for the moments that matter.
