This permission allows SuperBlock to monitor active windows and enforce your chosen blocking rules without requiring root access.

VPN Service (BIND_VPN_SERVICE): SuperBlock uses Android's VpnService API to redirect DNS queries through a family-safe content filtering server. This enables domain-level blocking of adult and pornographic content across all apps and browsers — including private/incognito mode — without routing any of your web traffic through an external server. No browsing data, URLs, or personal information ever leave your device through this tunnel. This is an optional feature. VpnService is only activated when the user explicitly enables "DNS Content Filter" in the app settings.
