The PocketSERVICE App from Konica Minolta offers you the practical option of easily ordering the toner you need via the App by entering the equipment number of your system.

REPORT METER READINGS
Reporting meter readings is also easy with the PocketSERVICE App. You can record and transmit the meter readings of the systems you use in various ways:
- Scan of your system's display
- Scan of the meter reading printout (individually or for several systems at once)
- scan of the QR code
- manual collection

SUBMIT A SERVICE REPORT
Reporting faults on your system has never been so easy - enter the equipment number, select the fault, send the service report, done.

HISTORY OVERVIEW
In the history overview for meter reporting and toner ordering, you can easily keep track of all values and orders reported so far. This makes unpleasant surprises a thing of the past.

The PocketSERVICE App is specially tailored to Konica Minolta systems and now makes the process of meter readings and toner orders even easier and more time-saving, because your smartphone is almost always with you.
