✔ Customer Contacts: Manage both business & individual client contacts, to send invoices and estimates. Track value of each customer based on the amount of business each contact gives you. Supports both billing & shipping addresses, with company tax registration number. Email, sms text, phone call or whatsApp directly from the App.
✔ Items: Searchable inventory items that can be reused & tracked, helping you to maintain multiple products and services for sales.
✔ Discount: Apply discount amount or percentage both at invoice item and for overall invoice aggregate total.
✔ Multiple tax systems: Supports both single as well as multiple (group) taxes, depending on the country you do business in. For example United States Local tax & State tax, India's GST with CGST & SGST, single tax systems like VAT or commercial tax. A default tax can be configured to pre-selected it while adding a new inventory item.
Note: if the tax rate is changed & you have existing invoices based on the old rate, just create a new Tax record with the new rate and start using it (instead of changing existing tax records).
