Wheel ERP: Streamlining CRM and Task Management

Wheel ERP is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) app designed to simplify your sales, client engagement, and task management processes. With features such as lead management, deal tracking, follow-up scheduling, voice note integration, and calendar viewing, Wheel ERP makes client management efficient, organized, and accessible on the go.

Key Features:

Leads Management:
Effortlessly add and manage leads, capturing essential details such as name, email, and phone number. Leads are automatically saved, even when offline.

Lead Drafts:
No internet? No problem. Offline lead entries are saved as drafts locally, ensuring you never lose data. Once back online, simply sync drafts to seamlessly integrate them into your main lead list.

Deals Tracking:
Easily convert leads into deals by creating entries tailored to client requirements. Deals are linked directly to leads, simplifying client need tracking and sales opportunity management. Save locations while adding deals for effective field visit management.

Follow-ups:
Schedule and manage follow-ups for meetings, calls, or other client interactions. Set reminders, edit follow-ups, and view upcoming engagements to stay organized and maintain strong client relationships.

Calendar Integration:
View holidays, tasks, and events within the in-app calendar for improved scheduling and time management. While this version is view-only, adding tasks, holidays, and events can be done through the web version. Editing capabilities will be added in future updates.

Voice Notes:
Quickly record audio notes for leads on the go. Audio notes are saved locally and can be converted into lead entries. When creating a lead from a voice note, choose to sync the audio to the server or keep it stored locally.

Seamless Authentication and Secure Login:
Begin by selecting your domain or subdomain for secure authentication. Log in with verified credentials to access all features and client data within a secure interface.

Dashboard Clock-In/Clock-Out:
Track attendance seamlessly with Clock-In and Clock-Out functionality available on the dashboard. This ensures accurate records of field visits and work hours.

Newly Added: Attendance Module
The new attendance module allows admins to view attendance records on a daily basis and employees on a monthly basis. Admins can monitor employee presence, absences, and late counts across all days, providing a clear and comprehensive overview of attendance metrics.
