Concio is a video conferencing and instant message communication application designed for business and enterprise users. User accounts can only be created by registered system administrators, which effectively prevents non-business users from abusing this application through illegal activities (such as fraud, gambling, etc.) or gaining access to confidential data. This application is not accessible to general consumers without enterprise accounts and/or non-business users.
In addition to high-resolution video conferencing, Concio pays special attention to the efficiency and security of sharing of presentations and files, enabling business users to work and collaborate remotely, and to conduct online teaching sessions and business meetings more conveniently and efficiently.
Main features include:
Screen sharing: In addition to sharing specific files, business users can also choose to share their entire screen or specific application screens, showcasing a variety of content, including web pages, software operations, etc.
File sharing: Concio allows business users to share presentation files, supporting common file formats such as Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF, and images. Users can choose the files they want to share, allowing other participants to easily view them during a meeting.
Slide control: During the presentation sharing process, users have the ability to control their slides directly from the app, including moving forward or backward in the presentation, pausing, etc., to ensure smooth presentation flow.
Mobile presentation: When sending text messages, if a user needs to share a presentation immediately, the user can directly share Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF files through the chat window. When changing pages, this feature ensures that the screen is synchronized with the participants in the conversation, making the conversation smooth and uninterrupted.
To use this software, you need to register a user account and provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, phone number, system assigned code and other information necessary for the operation of the software functions and system execution. During the operation of the software, we will also automatically obtain your IP address and device hardware identification code in order to facilitate the operation of the necessary functions of the software. We will keep your information confidential and only use it to support your relationship with us as a customer and to operate the software functions and system execution.
